How It Works

Four steps. No obligations.

You choose which cases to review. You decide whether to engage. GhostLedger never assigns clients, directs strategy, or implies representation.

01

You Register

Provide your jurisdiction, practice areas, and preferences. Registration is verified for completeness before activation.

02

You Review

Eligible cases are surfaced with structured summaries — jurisdiction, value band, dispute type, evidence completeness.

03

You Decide

Request an introduction, decline, or ignore. No response is ever penalized. No case is ever mandatory.

04

You Engage Independently

Any engagement happens outside GhostLedger. We step back. The relationship is yours.

Scope & Boundaries

What ILF is — and what it is not

Clarity protects everyone. We maintain these boundaries without exception.

ILF Is

  • A coordination layer for recovery-eligible cases
  • A referral introduction system
  • A structured case summary provider
  • Voluntary, opt-in participation
  • Contingency-friendly infrastructure (GhostLedger does not participate in fees)

ILF Is Not

  • A law firm or legal practice
  • A client assignment system
  • A staffing or placement agency
  • A guarantor of referral volume
  • A provider of legal advice
